UCLA basketball: Honeycutt out with stress reaction

November 8th, 2009, 8:23 pm · 1 Comment · posted by Al Balderas, staff writer

Freshman forward Tyler Honeycutt will be out 3-4 weeks because of a stress reaction to his right tibia.

Honeycutt sustained the injury during practice on Saturday.

He played 21 minutes with three rebounds and three assists in the Bruins’ 62-61 exhibition-game victory over Concordia University last week.

UCLA will host Humboldt on Tuesday at Pauley Pavilion in its final exhibition game of the preseason.
