Rivals.com reports three-star tight end John Young (Loyla High) committed to UCLA on Sunday.

There has been talk of Young (6-4, 225) potentially developing into a defensive tackle. Though UCLA is stocked at the tight end position, it will lose seniors Logan Paulsen and Ryan Moya after this season.

Young becomes the second player to commit to UCLA in the past four days — five star running back Jordon James is the other — and is the 13th prospect from the class of 2010 to give the Bruins a verbal commitment
